I don’t know what the plans are for after these 7 days, but it would be wonderful if these videos could stay here. Sometimes it’s hard to have free access to these types of experiences and there are lots of us who wouldn’t be able to have them if they weren’t this accessible and they are game changers🤍
i noticed the tension from yesterday was back in my body today. i guess i’ve learned to carry that as a default, which is not ideal 😅 but the last prompt was really nice, i loved it! so many little details are missed sometimes when we are on autopilot.
