The crayons one makes me think of someone suggesting the other day to do crayon textures - like put a piece of paper on a leaf or brick or something and draw…I feel like that could be a mindfulness practice too! Noticing your surroundings & esp textures around you :)

i was just talking with my therapist about mindfulness and how traditional methods don’t work for me because they make me dissociate. THANK YOU FRANKIE!
