The thing about concepts becoming popularized is that they also tend to become cliched. And then they become boring or basic or embarrassing, or get diluted down to a fraction of their original usefulness. I feel like this has been happening with the concept of mindfulness for a little while now, so today I wanted to share 10 ways to incorporate mindfulness into your world that might feel a little bit more interesting and accessible.
